Quite possible, or at least a portion of it. The way I see it is that the whole purpose of this company is to make money, not sell shares. The current financing plan with warrants, etc is dependent on being able to get the sp up to fair value once the deals close. That will be very hard to do if they let the OS get out of control, so I think they will do all possible to not dilute further. Newby obviously believes the vision, and others as well. They just need to GET THE MONEY!!!
