I believe the difficulty is that Dean painted himself into a corner and promised the funding and closings before the end of June.

Now, with Mineseeker delayed by up to a month and they stated they didn't close MS because they used the funds for the demo, leads me to believe the loan has been delayed. For how long, who knows.

Very disappointing indeed, but that's life in the stockmarket.
