I think with any decline over 15% a CEO should let his investors know what the heck is going on. In other words, it's well past time to hear a PR about this major decine and how Ken feels it can be offset. Maybe how sales are going or something.
If GE stock declined 6% its investors (like myself) would be ringing the company for a PR---everyone would be asking them what was going on.
Neg 25% is a no brainer time to release some info to the public. I would like to see a "new patent" that rings a bell in Kens Office letting him know his stock has dropped 20%. With this new idea he could reassure (or break it to) his shareholders--his investors!
