Agree with you and others. There's a reason lawyers tell their clients not to speak, and we shareholders are the EC's clients. We should respect their knowledge.
cats if i did it ,my point wouldn't be 1 needing an answer it would be a question ,just to let the court know the obvious... WHY WON'T THE DEBTORS HAND OVER THE ASSET SHEETS, everyone wiould know the answer
I agree with Catz.. 110%.. Let the EC do heir job, they and THJMW do not need any shareholders standing up and mucking up the process and disrespecting the court. Let the process be, unless you are an attorney and have been allowed to intervene.
