Cortex can't afford for their so called PR Firm to handle personal correspondence. :)
That being said, I wondered myself why they entertain(ed) the emails that show up in their in box. Heck, I've had RS reply to me on a Sunday afternoon while he sat in his hotel room. It always made me wonder exactly "how big did these guys actually think" rather than gee, isn't that nice.
It was through these email exchanges that my opinion started to erode regarding management's actual business expertise. Nothing deceitful or dishonest mind you, just a hint here and there of perhaps an academic at the helm rather than a tried and true businessman. Just my opinion.
