#33882 RE: enemem #33881

I don't know. I was of the view that ombow's e mail attempts were somewhat crazed, devoid of purpose, futile, charging at the windmill on horseback, but that last one he just posted was, I must admit pretty good. You framed it in a way that might elicit a reply from Mark--and he did. Reading between the lines, I am more inclined to believe that some sort of deal(deals)are in an active phase now. Also, nothing troublesome has turned up with CX1739, or he wouldn't have responded. At the very least, we now that nothing troublesome, dangerous has just emerged. Then again, such information might be material.

In parsing through the email response, I'm more inclined to believe that some sort of deal is being arranged: high impact, ADHD or both... not to mention the possibility of regaining schizophrenia rights.

I continue to believe this is an easy ten bagger, perhaps a 20 bagger... in 18 months time or less. Problem is, I've believe this for quite some time. But never have the chances look better when the share price is lower and more mismatched, than now. Again, this is just my humble opinion.

enemem, I, and I'm sure others, find the e-mail discourses informative and instructive. If they're beneath the level of de rigueur you find worthy, you don't have to read them.

"I don't think you're doing us, yourself, or them any favors by emailing them like this." You don't have to read them.

"While you might think that you've asked questions that they could respond to, that's a matter of opinion, and I think they are right to err on the side of caution." You don't know that that's in fact what is happening. You don't have to read them.

"Notice that in his email, Varney did nothing more than reiterate almost word-for-word what was said at the SHM. He's not going to tell you something new, period. The exchanges with Varney are all vaiants on "are we there yet?"." You don't have to read them.

"What's bothersome to me isn't their silence, it's that when they volunteer information about timelines, this information has been wildly off." You don't have to read them.

But you do.

I found it interesting that MV updated us on the status of 2 ongoing trials -- "We are currently underway with stability studies for the drug product that will be used in the future ADHD study. After these studies are completed, we plan on filing an IND with the FDA requesting to proceed with the ADHD Ph 2 study. We are on target for this submission, as outlined at our ASM. The sleep apnea study continues. We are aiming for completion of this study around the end of the summer, again as outlined at our ASM." Previously he has informed me that there have been time slippages re past trials, so this is good news.

I found this interesting, too -- "We are continually looking at grant applications to help us with funding in certain therapeutic areas, as well as collaborations with academic groups to push forward the science. I will provide an update on the status of the above to shareholders at our next public presentation."

I didn't think I'd have to offer my interpretation of the exchange, but your post was disturbing.

"The deal with Biovail took 9 months of negotiations to complete..." Did we know this before?

I think it's progressive to make known the contents of these e-mails, even if some of it is reiteration.

Have a nice day.
