I am actually sending in my check...I meant by the change in lanquage of the original communication. We were told to sign a Paper and send it in they would IMMEDIATELY send shares...then it is well we have to wait till after the RS....then it is ok now send 40.00 which I do actually understand goes to the transfer Agent...but I did not like the language and relatively short time restriction to respond. OR Else tone of the letter...

The company did nothing wrong.

That is a lie. They CEO sold unregistered securities as an officer of the company, for starters. Ridiculing people and telling them what to do is cruel. More to the point, the "company" never did ANYTHING other than sell shares. Do you have any independently verifiable information otherwise?
Everything from the Panama Canal hoax to jatropha plantations, pirate treasure.... all fraud.

How are they going to screw you out of stock that is worth nothing. You are saying they are screwing you out out something worth 0?
Having to once again pay for shares that you have already paid for as well as if you did join the fake exchange you had to also pay several fees and now you have to do so again if you want what you paid for already back.
They are not charging you for the stock, the transfer agent is charging you to type up the stock certificates. You might want to get a transfer agent, that can type faster.
{true and that makes it ok that Pedro and MT scammed a great many people
For the others, I would suggest to transfer. The company did nothing wrong, MT was out of the scope of anything reasonable, and he deposited the funds in a separate company, that no one can find.
No Mt was not out of his depth, he along with Pedro scammed people simpel as that, and you are wrong they did do many things wrong they lied, missrepresented the facts to get people to buy into there BS scam company
They are just trying to straighten things out. 90% of the people with PDRs have responded, and paid the $40. All 40 of them.
No they are just screewing people out of more money
If it is not worth anything to you, then sell them on the open market. I am sure someone will buy them.
LOL right like anyone will buy any shares in this 100% worthless POS scam, and that is what it is a POS scam and it will never be worth anything

If it is not worth anything to you, then sell them on the open market.

He can't even do that since they will be restricted shares.

Why don't the crooks hold the restricted ones and give the "loyal" investor free trading shares...hmmmm. Answer that riddle.

How will you know ?

I'm 99 % sure that this is not true...

The company did nothing wrong

That could qualify for the joke of the year.

First of all you seem to forget that MT was part of the company and was working for it - he wasn't a freelancer.

Not only that the company did awfully much wrong, they are still doing nothing helpful (this is true until they will proove us better).

A RS with the result that the share price is a tenth afterwards and the share is now on the grey sheets, apart from the aspect that dilution is now technically possible.

Reporting financials with company assets of $150 is a big success too, yes really.

And just a small "goodie" from my personal experience:

they want $75 for shipping of a certificate to Europe from me, at about what the actual market price for the shares of this certificate is.

Real costs for sending a big letter (with air mail, registered) to Europe is not more than $10.
I got already a lot of letters from the US, therefore I know at about how much the shipping costs to Europe really are.
