Wrong. Stock price already reflects that they will receive the SIMPLE AIR PERMIT. It's called a SIMPLE ARI PERMIT for a reason. They are very easy to get. Even if the machine pollutes that air, they will still get the SIMPLE AIR PERMIT. So why would the stock price not already reflect something that is easy to get??

Also, you forgot to point me to the links where they got the building permit, electrical permit, and the plumbing permit. If they didn't get those, the problems could be much bigger for them. Cities don't like companies building without a permit. Don't tell me you don't know if they even got the permits. John boy posts a picture of his NYSE pass, why wouldn't he post the permits, if he had them? Hmmmm.

JBII is in the hearings process to get an extension on the filings. Gately screwed up somewhere with somebody, just like Moore and Associates did with other OTC companies.

Another outright lie. You CANNOT get an extension in this case. The hearing is only to see if they can provide evidence of an extraordinary circumstance that kept them from filing. In any case, the filings must already be complete or they will be delisted.
