1 metric ton is fed into the pre-heated machine (main reactor). The catalyst is added. Within 5 minutes the temperature of the reactor drops by almost 100C almost instantly, and the fuel starts to come out in the condenser. I didn't time it with a stopwatch, but the video is viewable by the public (of course, you'll claim it's video trickery). 20 tons are indeed processed (liquid & gas output) in about 2 hours.
"About" is not a deceptive word, it's an imprecise word. I don't have any better precision I'm afraid, but what I post is 10x more "precise" than what you appear to know about (and post about) JBI's P2O.
