Including the recent bank loan secured by Brock's shares, management now has $2 million in working capital. They have given themselves raises, lowered the strike price of their options, and moved into new offices. Now that they have taken care of themselves, isn't it about time to work on shareholder value? While they raised money and took care of themselves, the share price has dropped from the IPO price of $2.50 to today's .25. One tenth of the IPO. It's time for less secrecy and producing results with that 2 mil.

I don't think the problem is sales, but making enough units to fill the orders they already have! They have been holding back on the orders to some degree due to the inability to fill them, I believe.

Did you read EX-4.2 of the 8k released today? If you have and understand it would you please post. It sounds to me like a delusion is in process???? 30,000,000 new shares offered at PAR?? What is that all about.......???
