As stated in the 8k, they sold 20 million shares for FIVE CENTS per share. Sure wish they had offered me the chance to buy as 5 cents. It would not surprise me to see these guys (Schmitz and his team) readjust their own stock options downward, again, to a giveaway price. Looks like they need cash. Let's hope they put it to good use and ramp up production in their new facility and start showing some significant sales.
