Wrong, wrong, wrong. When a company has a material event happen they are supposed to report said event to the shareholders. This having to wait on the other company to make a release is questionable at best. This other company has to either make a release or let TDGI make their own release. Withholding material information is against the rules if I am not mistaken.
Now if the deal has not be consumated then no deal is done and no announcement. The misleading statement of they have to wait on the other company don't fly very far. Stop and think why would the other company want to sit on the news if some kind of deal has actually been done? Why would TDGI continue to sit on it if the deal was done? If they agreed for a few days yes but for a lengthy time makes no sense and what could the company do if TDGI forged ahead and released the news.
