cs_bee... Ecosphere Technologies Inc. has large tractor-trailer water cleaning units that could handle the job imo. They presently are using them at oil and gas well drilling sites where large amounts of ground water becomes contaminated by the well drilling. They return clean drinkable water back to the ecosystem after treatment. I believe they will be deploying some of the units in the Gulf of Mexico very shortly.
