That's presumably behind PCYC's Btk program, which is already in Phase 1. Of course, PCYC isn't partnered with Genentech either.

So together with PCYC and Avila, that makes three programs I am aware of.

Gilead will acquire CGI for up to $120 million, the majority as an upfront payment and the remaining based on clinical development progress, all of which will be financed through available cash on hand.

CGI raised over $60 million, so not a great exit for the VC's.
