Clean Power is dead. No easements and no PPA from PSNH. It is over. Jon will realize it eventually. PSNH killed the Clean Power project. It is quite amazing the influence that PSNH yields in the State of NH. PSNH is the only reason that LLEG will succeed in Berlin (I truly believe that).
