I'm not certain where you are coming up with this 40 wells figure. It is ONE well producing that. Read it again. Please link the source for the rest of your research. Read this article and explain why the Director of Geology and Petroleum for the Belize Government is saying that there is no way TECO will drill in July without first filing the requisite paper work?

From the recent TECO news article here:

http://www.marketwatch.com/story/treaty-energy-adds-another-lease-in-tennessee-2010-06-24?reflink=MW_news_stmp

It clearly reads that "The Company's first well to strike oil in Tennessee was the ROBIN MOODY #1 well which was the subject of a June 10th news release. This well has been completed and has been tested using a gas powered motor drive to the pump jack. During testing the well produced pure oil with no water, and Treaty's operator estimates that this well will produce between 10 and 15 BRLS per day prior to possible chemical treatment of the well. Electrical power to the well has been "staked" and final installation of electrical awaits the power company's installation crew."

When he says "THIS WELL" that is clearly indicative of a singular well, not 40 wells. There is no reason to mislead investors my friend. Buy if you like the company but don't misrepresent the company's own statements. On top of that the 10-15 barrels per day is a mere estimate and the true number could be even lower or possibly higher.

I have never heard of any oil company drilling 40 wells and having a 100% success rate, have you?
