I did get some feedback from a friend who is familiar with Gestamp and he says they "buy" and don't finance. He says they buy projects, complete them, and then operate them. He also says they're mostly wind. Given that information I guess I would have to say they have nothing to do with Laidlaw and most likely may be looking at a wind farm in the area. They would have an interest in whether or not PSNH would have to buy their power and it would make sense that they would apply to be an intervenor in the FERC affair. Makes it all the more important they upgrade the grid.
