I saw that with the AHEC appeal. I don't think he wants to let this get away from him either. I see this as tightening the screws on the SM/BOD. If the stay is granted the June figures will be out before the hearing. A 3rd month of profits aren't good for them. A granting of an appeal is disastrous. And surely at least one part, even if it's just a small one will likely be granted. So a stay, in my view, would squeeze 'em pretty hard.
They're in federal court. What he denied them is going directly to the Appeals court. That may just be a procedural thing, you have to have something 'special', or with a big 'time' problem, your clients going to be executed in 2 days, to jump a level. It could work to our favor tho. Whichever way the District judge rules I expect that to be appealed and there's no way that'll be done before Qs are released.
