SPNG had a similar SS to this company and they ran to .28 ... too bad they were crap. CDIV share structure is 500 mil lower than this one and they ran to .78 ..... so far... If people really play this as a float lock down then .28 will most definitely happen, but PEOPLE HAVE TO BUY AND HOLD!
