This company will never be worth even 1 billion. I think the best possible scenario would make this company worth 30 or 40 million, including all assets, not counting debt.

Realisticly, if their plans go as they suggest, probably closer to 15 million. If sales are lackluster - 5 million. If they tank, well, it's in the tank.
