Yes, the claim is that with the catalyst (I assume different "blends" of it?) the hydrocarbon chain length can be cracked at a desired length, with a success rate of roughly 75%. Diesel is the "optimal" fuel for output (highest energy to mass ratio), but you can get out 75% natural-gas too if desired.
However I believe the catalyst, processors and permits are all (for now) based on the diesel output scenario.
Well, as John said, the process is Chaos. So I believe you can dial in the RANGE of hydrocarbons coming out, which JBII has done, but then you need to separate that output into actual components like diesel and gasoline. And that will be easy enough to do, and the CEO has talked about doing that very thing.
