i hope this stock does do well but all these fluff PR's are meaningless when they have been some many in the past year that are saying the same thing with different investment companies but they go away.

The only PR that will get me happy will be that Production started or Funds obtained for production or deal finalized for hydra spinoff. Need something concrete with this stock.

Look even after 1 Billion shares still shares are sold at .0001. Haahaha

Aside from the fundamentals, look at the freakin technicals, look at the level 2s and how many 2s have printed and this hasn't moved still! This has been going on for months, listen to the veterans and don't lose your money like we did

agreement with St. George Fund. The Company has now reached agreement in principle with St. George on their next funding, to begin production at its Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation subsidiary.

Bob Farr, President and COO of ARSC, stated, “As soon as the paperwork is finished with St. George
we expect to begin our initial production run to start delivering to our existing $21 million purchase order backlog.”
