To sell to independent gas stations, the gasoline fraction would have to be separated from the diesel fraction. That requires distillation equipment.

I'm not sure if additives are required for road diesel or not.

And of course there is the tax collection process etc.

Better to sell to off road users at this stage of the game.

A little later on perhaps.
