Dug some dirt up from the past on this one. What ever happend to Santini ( The young, brilliant CEO who promised dividends from the Hunt Gold company? ). Lol

Pulled up this stock from the past which should give you new investors an eye opener of what's been going on since 2008

you calculation is skewed just a tad

From one of the 9/30 8k's:

Upon these cancellations of the above-mentioned shares of the Company's Common Stock, the amount of outstanding shares of the Company's outstanding will be in the amount of 27,062,377,817. This is the amount used in this Stock Dividend calculation.

The Company will receive an amount of US$645,613,390 in Hurasu (see below for description) shares of Common Stock; all to be distributed to its stockholders as an Extraordinary Dividend.

This equates to a .0239 FFGO PPS based on the shares o/s

Where did you see the $10 PPS valuation?

I am curious where the market value of $645 million was derived from as well from the company's standpoint. It sounds as if this company already is registered if the $10 PPS was given. That would equate to 64.5 million o/s for that company. Then based upon the 27 billion shares of FFGO o/s, each FFGO = 0.002385649 worth of a Hurasu share

So if you hold 1 million FFGO, you will eventually receive a stock dividend for 2385 shares of Hurasu

That was just talks about the Hurasu share dividend :) what dividend are we on now?

ID, I thought you bailed for good from reading your recent negative posts and then you say you might jump back in!! LOL! You are as dazzeled as the rest of us! All good, I think that you will jumpt back in right in the nick of time on doubt :) ...The whole 'float' fiasco is greatly misunderstood..from my reading, this picture is painted quite well in favor of stockholders... We retail are only along for the ride while the big wigs and insiders close a deal many will be talking about for a very long time $$$$
