I believe in military fitness..not sleeping and not eating is not the way to achieve that. And he was an officer with many many perks and that is why he was in a hotel .. with his guys blabbing to the press .. Which shows right there that he wasn't thinking .. for cripes sake every government/military official knows you cannot trust the press ...his thinking was muddled ..
