I would be very surprised to see NYDEC bringing in their own feedstock, that is the Co's responsibility and expense.....lucky the place is even open full-time with the budget issues, I assume....
they may ask for documentation and all that to see what is being used in the tests, inspect it, and require signatures vouching, that sort of thing.....
no back-flips of assumption needed for this one......
