Hell No! Not when it comes to the seizure and sale. It sounds like her and Jamie might be writing it together. We lost K Grind right after the March 12th "Global Settlement" was announced. I noticed it, it was obvious.
She was only interested in fodder of a shareholder organized media campaign, but once it was not pushed forth, she went silent. EC took control (Susman came on board) we all celebrated that Law Firm acquisition for the EC and watch in awe as Motion after Motion was put forth and Kirsten was deaftly silent.. I think she knew then that shareholders has a big chance of a win..
Her book is not about us winning, it would be better if we were to lose.. However, it looks like she might also need to capitulate.. As you can see I am no fan and I do not like to be used !!!
