Possibly. Investors are still digesting the last announcement. Any >20% drop in stock price will cause a bounce, which is what has happened over the last few days. After the bounce, where will the stock go next? If your TA says down, then it's probably a good idea to wait and see. I wouldn't make any plays in the short term. Like I said before, the better time to get back in is after mid-year. You may miss the bottom, but you'll catch the ride.
