Good question, nuereslut. It wouldn’t surprise me if Dr. de Juan were to quietly resign from OXGN’s SAB because he is now affiliated with a potential competitor. Perhaps he has resigned already --this would not be the kind of event that would typically warrant a disclosure from OXGN.
On today’s SRDX CC, de Juan was introduced by SRDX’s CEO with great fanfare and detail on each of de Juan’s past and present positions. OXGN was never mentioned.
