Escrow money for what? I had a bank check for them for full payment. And their lawyer said I had to wait for a deed by UPS. Contract stated closing date and they could not perform. They are at least in material breach of contract not even a specific performance issue. Specific performance issues are handled within the purchase and sales of a Fannie Mae property. These clowns first tried to say they were cancelling the contract after I had sent payment(mailbox rule in my favor). Then tried to say the contract was null based on a section of the contract (that section had multiple subsections and they could not quote one I had violated). They were throwing shit at a wall. And all it shows is their hands are full of shit.
