No doubt naked short selling exists. But not nearly as much as is claimed by those who were taken in by management of scams like SPNG.
NSS has always been the go to excuse for every worthless, overdiluted stocks poor performance while the real cause of the problem is almost always insider selling. SPNG is one more example of that
