Just because a company updates their transfer agent IMO is not reason enough to risk hard earned money. Even easy earned money for that matter. Especially with the recent filings this company has. There has to be reason, whether it is something truly coming or simply a promotion.
I have seen where volume will kick in and then something does come and it is good, but in legit cases you do not see anyone claiming a thing other than something must be up with the volume to spike.
This recent volume and posts claiming news on the way, big deal, big players, happened right at the same time. IMO not likely that it's not either of the two.. someone here knows something the public does not yet, or a promotion is going on.
IMO is of course in my opinion, as that is how I am reading all of this recent activity here.
