The difference with CCTI is that Hague is in the very public spotlight with government departments--and although the government is the biggest criminal of all, the people Hague is interfacing with are not. They are civil servants who are doing their job. You really think Curt Coltice would be putting his name to anything that has to do with CCTI if it were a scam?
