Time to get the Cancer Advocates involved!!!! Richard Pazdur is somewhere in the shadows behind this stance.
It's time for the FDA to split. Have one organization govern food. Have the other govern drugs. You need two folks running these two separate entities. Most of all Congress needs to quit playing politics and appoint someone. Time to call politicians and The White House.
