I think you guys/gals are mishearing the intent behind what the man was saying regarding the word "Finally." What he's meaning by that is that they've been waiting for a long time for people to become interested in it.... not that they've been waiting on Dean in particular.

Listen again buddy. Mr. Kendrick is specifically talking about funding of their "new technology". I could be wrong (guess not) but don't you think that this "new technology" is the same as the "unique ground penetrating radar system" mentioned below:
