I will say this....I own both classes, and I expect for both of them to see a great recovery. ( I have good reasons for believing this) If it is announced that P's will get something while commons still see nothing....I have a few extra P's to sell when they skyrocket and pick up a few more commons when they tank. Of course I have a base position of P's that I will not sell until final settlement.

A haircut versus what has already been offered? Although it will not be acceptable, V5 DS/POR should be an upgrade to what was previously offered to the preferreds.

I totally disagree, The preferreds have taken a giant haircut in POR's 1,2,3, and 4. In POR 5 I believe they will offer FV for preferreds and at least 1.00 to the commons.
