Well they are negligible by any means but you give a micro-cap company too much merit in how it looks out for its employees, lol. Why do you think they choose commission employees instead of permanent full-time status? Moreover, why is it that they have a tendency to hire temporary workers when they need to up their production? I hate the fact that we have to argue about these things and not work together but for some reason or another people always have the tendency to fight or against a cause without taking into account how they indirectly affect other bodies.
