Yes ....the FDIC will pay DEARLY !! thats a FACT!!! But with the DEVIL bragging about how much loot he's making off WAMU and for HOW LITTLE He paid...JPM will have to come up with a large chunk too....it like buying a stolen car...and you know its HOT and pay a couple thousand dollars for a $100k car.....The "BUYER" is in deep doo-doo too.......HOLDING all my "TICKETS" for the GOLD!!!!!

VC, I know that if commons see anything preferreds get paid at FV plus back divy's.

IMO: V5 Por and DS Should have the commons and preferreds in the money.

Then, after cram down, the company reorg's.

Company XYZ buys newly reorg'ed WMI and 20b$ of NOL's paying shareholders 12$++
