Weiss, the attorney for Metter, in his response to the motion for a preliminary injunction and asset freeze, said "Spongetech and Dicon together employ 23 individuals."

Why do you suppose he would deceive the court by understating the number of employees like that?

It is the Google search that people used as their evidence. The Google snippet that came back from the search made it look like Dicon was hiring 100 additional employees. The snippet was misleading, because, as I said before, the 100 new hires were actually for another Georgia based company that the newsletter was covering.

Some times you just have to dig a little deeper and know who to trust.
