Please explain that merger process. Not challenging you on being optimistic: Optimize all you want/need.

Regardless, am seriously interested in the process whereby a merge into OTCBB is 1) possible and 2) "could happen in a matter of weeks."

I find the mechanics so frightfully intriguing.
