My cross complaint has already been submitted to the courts and I have record of their receipt.
The receiver will be receiving an immediate contact from me once on board just to settle this matter once and for all. as for the attorneys involved in the filing, I expect they will not be as easy to dismiss but I certainly have my options and my evidence.
