scion, from reading this, it appears that if Metter and Moskowitz have hidden money in an overseas account (Switzerland, Israel, etc.) it looks like it will be the job of the receiver and his investigators to uncover this. I would have thought it would be the job of the FBI to do this. Did I read this document incorrectly? TIA :)
