You know what really gets me... is that I thought that Rogerson really intended to do the right thing for the shareholders. It now seems that I was wrong. :(
Most CEO's and upper management are eager to entice investors to buy the company's shares, but when it comes down to it, they seem to have no qualms in throwing the shareholders under the bus just so that they can profit even more. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for capable people making lots of money - they deserve it. But I object when people try to cheat others.
