Nice try, look at almost every penny stock running daily and go and ask if they all have current audited financials, we are just getting started and you are posting lies and false information to try to shake shares loose. LOL it has not worked thus far. Read the PR's they state they are working on getting them current and paying CASH for everything. That is HUGE. How many pennies can say that, no dilution, reduction in A/S and O/S, this is a gold mine.
