In May Judge Sontchi could, had the ability, to rule exactly the opposite of the rulings he made, if he so choose. We would not be where we are now, yet those rulings would have had the same force and acceptance as the ones he made. Only difference is judge's choice.
If Sontchi decides Monday, or sometime during the course of days of hearings that he doesn't like the BOD/SM and he wants to boot'em from the building and the case, they're gone. That's it. Same is true for the HFs and others. That's the way it is, he's the judge.
