There's a front moving thru this area, where I live, and the change of pressures has blocked up my head and perhaps caused me to be a little 'short' and maybe 'snippy' today.
You have much greater knowledge than I, and certainly more insight. It certainly helps to think of any court or legal issue as being in a separate universe. The remarks in my 2nd paragraph were in direct response to redfisher's previous post. Perhaps I ought to just keep things more general.
