I don't know all the details of the JV, but must be pretty complex and requires lots of coordination, so when it's time, it's time, just have to be patient. Nobody is asking for anything they haven't been promised already. We were promised a Late May update and one in July on their status.
If you don't care about how long your money stays in IDCN then you should probably put your money in a savings account instead, because you obviously don't know about investing and the time value of money.
