Okay so why would this be a prob. For example I could say my water heater doesn't leak correct, BUT if the pressure relief valve fails or a seam fails this would be considered leak I think not. It would considered defective and would be the manufacturer at fault and not the house builder. THE END new subject Gofer thx...
