Seem to me that thought discounts, or ignores, or is blind to the actuality of even, or especially, this case and just concluded hearing, i.e., Judge Sontchi "I believe". Last time I looked belief wasn't fact.
Don't mean to be too contentious about this. Not to be condescending, you will, as we all, think as you wish. I think to hold your position is very limiting.
