I agree, it seems simple to us.
we aren't in their shoes and as simple as that seems, I'm sure there is something stopping them from doing that we don't understand.
if this was a scam, I think they would have put out that PR just the same, right?
I'm assuming their lawyers know more about their situation than we do and have told them not to publish ANYTHING because of one or more of the following:
1) is better for them with the SEC
2) is better for them when it comes to landing a contract w/ BP
3) will ultimately be better for the stock price (instead of pulling them up to .013 cents only to drop back down to .05 because of no additional infor for 3 weeks.
again, our saltiness over a currently sour investment is NOT their highest concern. it's really nowhere near the top of their list. they don't care if we all sell all of our stock. they aren't in the business of maintaining my stock portfolio.
